Kid Rock’s Nashville Bar Damaged By Fire

On Tuesday morning (March 17), emergency crews were called to Kid Rock’s Big Ass Honky Tonk Rock N’ Roll Steakhouse on Nashville’s Lower Broadway after reports that the building had caught fire.

Firefighters quickly arrived on the scene, along with police officers who cleared the area and temporarily blocked it off until it was safe for pedestrians.

Videos taken by onlookers captured the moment the Nashville Fire Department extended a ladder to the top of the four-story building.

Officials told WKRN the fire occurred in the VIP room’s ceiling on the mezzanine, near a front window. It was later confirmed that flames were first seen in the bar’s ductwork, likely caused by a heating element that had gotten caught on a piece of insulation.

Thankfully, no injuries were reported. It’s still unclear how much damage the fire caused to the bar.

Photos shared on X by news anchor Peyton Kennedy show visible damage to the ceiling.

So far, the bar hasn’t addressed the situation on its official website or social media pages. As of now, there’s been no word of a temporary closure, and regular operating hours appear to remain in place.

About Kid Rock’s Nashville Honky Tonk & Bar

Kid Rock’s bar has been a staple on the famous Broadway strip since opening its doors in 2018. It’s a popular spot for both locals and tourists to eat, drink, and enjoy live music all night long.

There have even been several times when Kid Rock himself has made surprise appearances to perform.

The “All Summer Long” singer recently expanded his business ventures by opening another restaurant in the Nashville area. This time, he stepped into fine dining with a new steak and seafood spot called The Detroit Cowboy.
