Country star Zac Brown, 46, listed his $3.25million lakeside mansion for sale amid a heated divorce from his estranged wife Kelly Yazdi, 33.

Located on the edge of a lake outside of Atlanta, Georgia, the 9,448-square-foot home offers a peaceful escape from hectic city life.

It has an infinity pool, a sauna, a gym, a theater, seven bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms. The two-level party deck offers a stunning view of Lake Lanier.

A detached five-car garage and climate-controlled boat house also sit on the property’s nearly one acre of land.

The white wooden house has stone accents for a uniquely charming exterior. Fireplaces, white walls and high-end appliances create a cozy yet modern interior.

The Grammy-winning musician bought the Cummings, Georgia home four years ago for $1.8million.

But Brown decided to part ways with the luxurious property as his dramatic and heavily publicized divorce continues to unfold.

Brown said in a real estate video obtained by Fox Business: ‘It’s been an incredible home for me and my family

‘Sad to let it go, but excited for some new memories to fill up the place.’

It is unclear when the lead singer of the Zac Brown Band started dating model-actress Yazdi, but she made her first appearance on Brown’s Instagram page in July 2022.

Yazdi worked for the Zac Brown Band from August 2022 to February 2024.

A source told People Magazine in December 2022 that ‘he proposed in Hawaii a while ago.’

They got married in August 2023. But their happy relationship quickly turned sour and they filed for divorce just four months after the wedding.

The divorce appeared amicable at first.

Brown said he was ‘sad to let it go, but excited for some new memories to fill up the place,’ about selling the house

Brown and Yazdi said in a December 2023 statement to TMZ: ‘Our mutual respect for one another remains. We wish each other the best and will always appreciate our time together.

‘As we navigate this personal matter, we simply request privacy during this time.’

But the divorce did not remain a private or respectful matter for long.

Brown shocked his fans when he filed a lawsuit against Yazdi in May for violating a confidentiality agreement.

She made an Instagram post that he claims negatively impacted his reputation, according to court documents obtained by NBC.

The documents revealed that Brown asked the courts for a temporary restraining order to prevent Yazdi from making any claims that could further damage his image.

The court documents did not specify which post broke the agreement, but a video from May was captioned with a poem that may have been directed at Brown.

Yazdi’s caption reads: ‘Projections. Gaslighting. Threatening. Stonewalling. Those are the ingredients of narcissistic abuse.’

Brown said in a statement to NBC: ‘I took the steps necessary to enforce an agreement between us to maintain personal and business affairs in confidence and to protect my family from online harassment and speculation.’

Yazdi did not let the threat of legal consequences silence her.

The Hawaii Five-0 actress took to social media to share her side of the story.

Yazdi captioned an Instagram post: ‘No one — not even Zac Brown with all of his money, power, celebrity, and lawyers — may silence my right to freely express myself through art or, although I have to date declined to do so publicly,  to speak about the circumstances of our pending divorce.

‘Like Zac, I have lawyers too, and I will tell my truth in court — where he has unnecessarily dragged me.’

She said it was ‘ironic’ that Brown filed this lawsuit but shared a music video that ‘mocked’ their wedding and ultimately painted her in a negative light.

It appears that Yazdi was referring to the Zac Brown Band’s ‘Beautiful Drug’ music video featuring Avicii.

The video stars a partying brunette woman. Many viewers thought this video was a cheap shot at Yazdi.

One commenter wrote: ‘Real wimp move man. Using this video to taint your ex. All you did was taint yourself.’

‘I stand with Kelly. This is beyond disappointing & extremely repulsive. I will no longer support you,’ another viewer added.

Brown and Yazdi have no children together. Brown has five children with his ex-wife Shelly Brown.

DEK of Hearts tore through Lady A’s “Need You Now” with soaring harmonies that filled the studio, while Kayleigh fought back with raw fire and emotion that felt straight out of a Nashville stage. 🎤 “THE MOMENT THAT STOPPED THE VOICE COLD” — Carrie Underwood’s Surprise Tribute to Reba McEntire Left the Entire Studio in Tears 💫 What started as a heartfelt solo performance turned into one of the most emotional live moments in The Voice’s history. Carrie began singing Reba’s timeless ballad “The Greatest Man I Never Knew” — her voice trembling with sincerity, every lyric landing like a love letter to the woman who paved the way for her. But just as the audience thought the tribute was over, Carrie paused, smiled through her tears, and did something no one saw coming — she stepped off the stage, walked straight to Reba’s chair, and placed the microphone gently in her hand. Gasps filled the room. Reba’s eyes widened — then, after a brief silence, she began to sing. The studio erupted. Two country legends, one song, no rehearsal — just raw, unfiltered emotion. ❌😮 Just last night, in a moment that sent shockwaves through the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, Mark Knopfler emerged from the shadows mid-ceremony — guitar in hand — as Cyndi Lauper froze mid-sentence, visibly stunned. ‘You didn’t tell me you were coming,’ she gasped, her mic still live, as the audience erupted in disbelief. The lights dimmed, a hush swept over the room, and without another word, the two legends turned toward each other. Then came the first note — soft, trembling — Knopfler’s signature tone slicing through the silence. Lauper took a shaky breath before whispering the opening line of ‘Time After Time’. The melody unfolded like a memory neither could escape. Knopfler’s guitar seemed to cry; Lauper’s voice cracked with emotion, every word dripping with the weight of years gone by. Halfway through, the giant screen behind them flickered to life — grainy footage of their 1980s glory days: Dire Straits on tour, Lauper in neon lights, and a brief shot of them laughing backstage at Live Aid. The audience gasped. Even the younger artists in attendance — from Billie Eilish to Harry Styles — stood frozen, phones forgotten, just watching…. WATCH VIDEO BELOW 👇👇

JOHN DENVER’S FINAL SONG… NO ONE KNEW IT WAS GOODBYE. He walked on stage the way he always did — calm, kind, and carrying that quiet light that made the world feel smaller, warmer. No fireworks. No spectacle. Just John, his guitar, and that voice that felt like home. He smiled before the first chord, looked out at the crowd, and began to sing — soft, clear, honest. Every word sounded like a thank-you. Every note felt like a wave goodbye. No one knew it would be the last time. When the music faded, he didn’t need to speak. The silence said everything.
