Whether it’s a new cover or The Kelly Clarkson Show host is throwing it back, fans always freak out over Clarkson doing her thing. That was the case when the American Idol alum got fans in the holiday spirit with an amazing Christmas version of Kellyoke.

Instead of covering a song, though, Clarkson threw it back to 2024, when she debuted her Christmas song “You For Christmas” on her hit talk show.

Taking to Instagram, Clarkson shared the performance that was off the charts. The Voice alum was on fire with her singing and her red sparkly dress, which only made the performance more festive.

“You For Christmas #Kellyoke #holiday,” read the caption on her Instagram post.

It didn’t take long for her followers to realize this was a throwback, not a new Kellyoke.

“That was a year ago, wasn’t it ??” shared a fan, to which two other fans replied, “yes.”

The video, being a throwback, didn’t stop fans from flooding the comments to gush over the iconic singer.

“The Queen of Christmas! ,” stated one fan, while another one added, “QUEEN! .”

A different fan declared, “Love this song Kelly looks stunning from head to toe The set looks so festive .”

“Freakin loveeeee this go stream #YFC ,” said a fan.

One fan wasn’t sure who sang the song, asking, “I haven’t heard this one before. Is this an original Kelly song or a cover? Who recorded it?” Several fans responded to the fan, letting the person know it was a Clarkson original song.

The word “amazing” was mentioned more than once, with fans saying, “She sounds amazing! ” and “OMG, Kelly! You’re amazing!”

“Phenomenal!! ,” “One of my favorites.,” and “That’s about one of the prettiest dresses I’ve ever seen! ,” were more comments left for Clarkson on her Christmas Kellyoke throwback.
