On the day his latest album Love bowed, Michael Buble got a star on the Hollywood Walk Of Fame this Friday \u2013 and it was love that was on his mind.<\/p>\n

He and his wife\u00a0Luisana Lopilato<\/span>, who was sitting in the audience, both visibly teared up during his speech as he paid tribute to his family<\/p>\n

Among a slew of other thank-yous, Michael 43, as seen on the\u00a0Variety\u00a0stream heaped praise on \u2018my wife, who \u2013 there\u2019s nothing I can really say that can express how I feel about her and what we\u2019ve been through. She is my hero and my rock.\u2019<\/p>\n

The couple have undergone a frightening ordeal together \u2013 their son Noah was diagnosed with liver cancer at three and underwent four months of chemotherapy.<\/p>\n

While Michael was seen wiping his eye as he spoke about Luisana, she was glimpsed dabbing away a tear when he began talking about their little tykes \u2013 Noah, now five and in remission, Elias, two, and Vida, three months.<\/p>\n

He said the children \u2018have given me a purpose for life and have made days like this even sweeter because I can truly understand how beautiful the good moments are.\u2019<\/p>\n
