Crooner Michael Bubl\u00e9 admitted that he sometimes considers giving up music to focus on being a dad.<\/p>\n

Bubl\u00e9 has had an impressive career.
\nHis impact was felt immediately, as his first album reached top 10 status in his native Canada. From there, it\u2019s been more than two decades of success for Bubl\u00e9, who\u2019s sold over 75 million records worldwide , and earned four Grammy Awards.<\/p>\n

He discussed family life on a recent podcast.
\nBubl\u00e9 and his wife, Argentine actress Luisana Lopilato, have four kids: eight-year-old Noah, six-year-old Elias, three-year-old Vida, and baby Cielo Yoli Rose, who was born just last month. Raising four kids while holding down a career in the music biz isn\u2019t easy, as Bubl\u00e9 revealed.<\/p>\n

He\u2019s considered leaving his music career.
\n\u201cI think I\u2019m not loving it as much,\u201d he said on That Gaby Roslin Podcast . \u201cI think I\u2019m getting close to thinking maybe I can just go and be a dad. I have this picture in my head of just me in a field with my kids and Ed Sheeran\u2019s kids and we\u2019re just hugging each other and picnicking and getting drunk.\u201d<\/p>\n

It\u2019s a common inclination.
\n\u201cI don\u2019t know a friend that doesn\u2019t have the same thought. I mean, we never do it, we never seem to really do it, very few of us are brave enough to say, \u2018No, I just want to do this,\u2019 but I think it\u2019s a fantasy,\u201d he continued.<\/p>\n

Fatherhood hasn\u2019t always been easy for Bubl\u00e9.
\nFour years ago, following a scare in which son Noah was diagnosed with cancer, he opened up about the impact of the diagnosis , hinting that he may soon retire to spend more time with his wife and kids.<\/p>\n

He said he was retiring in 2018.
\n\u201cI\u2019m retiring from the business,\u201d he said in the 2018 interview. \u201cI\u2019ve made the perfect record and now I can leave at the very top.\u201d<\/p>\n

That record, Love , debuted at number 2 on the Billboard 200. Ultimately, though, it wasn\u2019t his last record.<\/p>\n

It seems that Bubl\u00e9 is now at a crossroads.
\nWhile he\u2019s seemingly been on the fence about retiring for years now, it seems that Michael Bubl\u00e9 is now leaning heavily in the direction of retirement. With a growing family and millions of records sold, he has little left to prove in the music industry.<\/p>\n

We\u2019ll see what comes next.
\nHis most recent album, Higher , came out this past March. With a new baby born just last month, it\u2019ll likely be another few years before he makes his next record \u2014 if he does so at all.<\/p>\n
