Jelly Roll\u00a0and\u00a0Kelly Clarkson\u00a0team up to sing his hit song, \u201cI Am Not Okay\u201d during a special segment on The Kelly Clarkson Show known as \u201cKellyoke.\u201d<\/p>\n

Fans first got a glimpse into the performance when a behind-the-scenes sound check video was shared across the show\u2019s social media platforms.<\/p>\n

The pair of artists, who cleverly dubbed themselves \u201cKelly and Jelly,\u201d shared a hug as they reunited on the small stage on set and then reminisced on their very first meeting at the past GRAMMYs ceremony.<\/p>\n

Jelly Roll admitted that he \u201cfanned out\u201d over the songstress during the coveted event and was overjoyed to learn that she already knew who he was.<\/p>\n

\u201cI went and hogged her down and I was like, \u2018Miss Clarkson, I am such a fan.\u2019 She turned around and she said, \u2018Hey, Jelly.\u2019 I was like, \u2018she knows me!\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n

They got back to work, figuring out how they would tackle the duet together, where the harmonies would lie and when Clarkson would get to use her incredible vocals to belt out the lyrics.<\/p>\n

Jelly Roll appeared to be filled with so much joy and excitement listening to Clarkson deliver his song in a whole new way and she matched that same energy as she gushed about the powerful tune. Penned by the Antioch, TN native with Ashley Gorley, Casey Brown and Taylor Phillips, \u201cI Am Not Okay\u201d paints a raw image of someone admitting their mental health is at an all-time low but continuing to hold onto the glimmer of hope that everything will work out in the end. The song appears on his latest album,\u00a0Beautifully Broken<\/em>.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis song is so good. I\u2019m so excited he\u2019s allowing me to sing on his song, \u2018I Am Not Okay\u2019 and it\u2019s so good,\u201d Clarkson shared before adding, \u201cI\u2019m just a huge fan. He was quick to share his honest thoughts on the performance, claiming it moved him to tears.<\/p>\n
