Michael Bubl\u00e9 walked through the door after an exhausting day on tour, and what happened next stopped him in his tracks. His 9-year-old son, Noah, had secretly learning to play \u201cI\u2019ll Never Not Love You\u201d on the piano \u2013 the song closest to his dad\u2019s heart. Michael was left absolutely speechless as Noah played, fighting to hold back the tears. Fans everywhere were left sobbing over this moment between father and son<\/span><\/p>\n

Michael Bubl\u00e9 is known for his soulful voice and timeless love songs, but recently, the Grammy-winning singer found himself at the center of a touching moment \u2013 one that had nothing to do with sold-out arenas or standing ovations.<\/p>\n

Instead, it was a quiet, heartfelt surprise from his 11-year-old son, Noah, that left him visibly moved.<\/p>\n

In 2016, Michael Bubl\u00e9\u2019s world was turned upside down when his son Noah was diagnosed with liver cancer at just three years old.<\/p>\n

Bubl\u00e9\u00a0and his wife, Luisana Lopilato, share four children, Cielo, 2, Vida, 6, Elias, 9 and big brother Noah, 11.<\/p>\n

And when the 49-year-old Canadian\u00a0crooner\u00a0learned his first born had cancer, he shared in a statement that he and Lopilato were \u201cdevastated.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cLuisana and I have put our careers on hold in order to devote all our time and attention to helping Noah get well,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

In a later interview, the \u201cHaven\u2019t Met You Yet\u201d singer opened up about the moment they received the diagnosis.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe worst possible thing that you could hear as a parent, and as maybe a human being,\u201d he said, according to\u00a0People. \u201cI much rather would have it have been me. Many times, I wish that it had been.\u201d<\/p>\n

Following 18 months of treatment, Noah went into\u00a0remission.<\/p>\n

\u201cI don\u2019t wish that kind of pain upon any human being, but I do feel that when you\u2019ve truly suffered, when you\u2019ve truly felt fear and loss, it allows you to live a deeper life,\u201d the doting dad of four told People about his intention to be a fully involved father.<\/p>\n
