STAND UP TO CANCER featured James Corden and Michael Buble in a special instalment of Carpool Karaoke and the singer broke down in tears as he spoke about his son Noah\u2019s cancer diagnosis.<\/p>\n

Stand Up To Cancer is on Channel 4 this evening and it featured a heartbreaking moment with singer Michael Buble.<\/p>\n

The singer spoke James about his son\u2019s cancer diagnosis and the star noted it was hard to speak about.<\/p>\n

\u201cWell, I mean, it\u2019s so hard to have to acknowledge it because it\u2019s so painful to talk about it,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

\u201cBut we got the diagnosis, and that was it. My whole life ended.\u201d<\/p>\n

Michael added: \u201cHe was three. Listen, it was not good. At first, it was\u2026 It\u2019s too hard to talk about.\u201d<\/p>\n

The 43-year-old began to cry as he appeared to struggle to open up about the ordeal.<\/p>\n

\u201cBasically, they said it wasn\u2019t great, and we just took it day by day,\u201d he continued.<\/p>\n

\u201cMy sister\u2019s, my wife\u2019s family, they all took their kids out of school, and we just had the best doctors. And God, thank you, Jesus Christ,\u201d<\/p>\n

James also teared up as he replied: \u201cI can\u2019t begin to imagine what it feels like in that moment.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m not OK,\u201d Michael said to James whilst in the car.<\/p>\n

\u201cMy wife, honestly, when this all started, I became the strength to pull us up and lift us to be positive.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cWhen we got the chemo out, I just, just fell. I fell, and now my wife lifts me up now,\u201d he finished.<\/p>\n

Michael then explained how he believed his son was a real-life superhero.<\/p>\n

\u201cI always say to him that Spiderman, Superman, they\u2019re amazing, but they\u2019re not real. You\u2019re the real superhero,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

Michael then spoke directly to the viewers and implored them to donate as much money as they could to the cause.<\/p>\n

\u201cCall, just do it, because there\u2019s nothing better in the whole world when you give that way,\u201d he asked.<\/p>\n

\u201cThere\u2019s hope and treatments and medicines that will be discovered because of you.<\/p>\n

\u201cAll of us can completely make that difference,\u201d he finished.<\/p>\n

Michael Buble\u2019s son, Noah Buble, was diagnosed with liver cancer hepatoblastoma back in October 2016.<\/p>\n

The Canadian singer had talked about the horrible ordeal before, saying that it was the \u201cworst possible thing\u201d he could have ever gone through as a parent.<\/p>\n
