Gwen Stefani sheds light on marriage to Blake Shelton away from the public eye on his 49th birthday \u2014 watch<\/p>\n

The No Doubt frontwoman and the \u201cAustin\u201d singer have been married since July 2021<\/p>\n

Happy birthday Blake Shelton! The country music star and former coach on The Voice celebrated his 49th birthday on June 18.<\/p>\n

In honor of his big day, he received one of the very first tributes from none other than his wife, fellow musician Gwen Stefani, and it was a sweet one! \u201cHappy birthday to my greatest love @blakeshelton u are my everything!!\u201d she wrote beside it.<\/p>\n

Blake and Gwen, 55, have been married since July 2021. They first began dating in 2015, in the wake of the former\u2019s divorce from country singer Miranda Lambert, and the latter\u2019s split also from Bush frontman Gavin Rossdale.<\/p>\n

The pair met on the NBC singing competition when Gwen was recruited as a coach, and sparks quickly flew between them. They made their romance public in late 2015, announcing their engagement in 2020 and tying the knot at Blake\u2019s Oklahoma ranch a few months later.<\/p>\n

Their wedding was officiated by\u00a0The Voice<\/em>\u00a0host and close friend Carson Daly, with Gwen\u2019s three sons, Kingston, Zuma and Apollo, all playing parts as well. The No Doubt frontwoman shares her sons with Gavin, and they\u2019ve all taken considerably to Blake in the years since.<\/p>\n

In 2022, Blake appeared on the show\u00a0Good Dish<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0and discussed how his relationship with the \u201cHollaback Girl\u201d singer effectively \u201csaved him\u201d after coming at a dismal point in both their lives.<\/p>\n

\u201cI think it\u2019s pretty self-explanatory,\u201d he told them. \u201cWe found each other at a very low point in each other\u2019s lives. She kept me from going to the absolute bottom, you know? It was like literally falling off a cliff and a hand reached out and caught me is what it feels like.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019ve never had that with somebody where it just felt like, no matter what, she has my back. It\u2019s the greatest feeling ever.\u201d<\/p>\n

Speaking later with\u00a0Entertainment Tonight<\/strong><\/em>, he reflected on the past decade of their relationship, especially being a parent with her, gushing: \u201cIf I could have a repeat of these past 10 years, [that] would be perfect.\u201d<\/p>\n

Mentioning how much the oldest, Kingston, had already grown since then (he\u2019s now 19), he added: \u201cAnd in a couple of years, we\u2019ll have another 18-year-old. And that\u2019s\u2026 it\u2019s gonna be I guess a lot more alone time, which I\u2019m not mad about that either,\u201d later joking: \u201cBut\u00a0we still have Apollo, so we have another almost 10 years before we can kick him out, so it should be a lot of fun.\u201d<\/p>\n

Stepping into\u00a0the role of \u201cstepdad\u201d\u00a0has been a rewarding one for the \u201cAustin\u201d singer, who continued: \u201cI learned quickly, not because anything happened, but just, you know, reading the room, you\u2019ve really got [to think], \u2018I have to take a step back.’\u201d<\/p>\n
