    The Changing of the Guard is a royal ceremony in which active-duty soldiers who have been on patrol exchange places with the next rotation, with the \u201cOld Guard\u201d and \u201cNew Guard\u201d swapping spots to the tune of music by a military band.<\/p>\n

    The guards honored the late Black Sabbath rocker on the day of his\u00a0funeral procession in Birmingham, England, where crowds lined the streets in a reaction reminiscent of the public mourning of a royal death.<\/p>\n

    Osbourne\u00a0died on Tuesday, July 22, at age 76, over five years after he announced that he was\u00a0diagnosed with Parkinson\u2019s disease\u00a0in 2003.<\/p>\n
