Jelly Roll\u00a0<\/strong>was performing a show in Virginia Beach, Virginia over the weekend when he noticed a fan who appeared to be having a medical issue.<\/p>\n

The Tennessee native was in the middle of performing his chart-topping hit \u201cNEED A FAVOR\u201d at the Veterans United Home Loans Amphitheater when he halted his concert and asked his band to stop playing.<\/p>\n
