Prince Andrew\u2019s teenage sex accuser\u00a0Virginia Giuffre<\/span>\u00a0feared she might \u2018die a sex slave\u2019 at the hands of Jeffrey Epstein and his powerful circle, her posthumous memoir reveals.<\/p>\n

Nobody\u2019s Girl: A Memoir Of Surviving Abuse And Fighting For Justice is set to revealdisturbing new details about Ms Giuffre\u2019s time with the paedophile financier, sex trafficker\u00a0Ghislaine Maxwell<\/span>\u00a0and their many well-known friends, including Andrew.<\/p>\n

In the memoir from beyond the grave, which will be published on Tuesday almost six months after she took her own life, Ms Giuffre says she was forced to have sex with Andrew three times.<\/p>\n

She claims that on one occasion, she had an orgy with Epstein, Andrew and eight other young women on the financier\u2019s 72-acre island, Little Saint James, which he nicknamed \u2018Little Saint Jeff\u2019s.\u2019<\/p>\n

Andrew, who reached a financial settlement of a reported $12million with Ms Giuffre in 2022, has always denied any wrongdoing.<\/p>\n

The publication of the memoir is set to put Prince Andrew under even more scrutiny, just days after he finally announced he would drop his titles after speaking with his brother\u00a0King Charles<\/span>\u00a0amid increasing pressure over his ties to\u00a0Epstein<\/span>.<\/p>\n

In a disturbing extract, Ms Giuffre paints a sinister picture of Epstein\u2019s sex-trafficking network, saying the girls were required to look \u2018childlike\u2019 and that her childhood eating disorder was \u2018only encouraged\u2019.<\/p>\n

\u2018In my years with them, they lent me out to scores of wealthy, powerful people,\u2019 she writes.<\/p>\n

\u2018I was habitually used and humiliated \u2013 and in some instances, choked, beaten, and bloodied. I believed that I might die a sex slave.\u2019<\/p>\n

Ms Giuffre claims Epstein subjected her to sadomasochistic sex which caused her \u2018so much pain that I prayed I would black out\u2019.<\/p>\n

Epstein was convicted in 2008 for soliciting prostitution from a person under the age of 18. He was found dead in his jail cell in August 2019, while Maxwell was jailed for 20 years in 2022 for finding girls for Epstein to abuse.<\/p>\n

In the book, Ms Giuffre explains how she first met Prince Andrew in March 2001, claiming Maxwell woke her up and told her she was going to have a \u2018special day\u2019 and \u2018just like Cinderella\u2019 she would meet a \u2018handsome prince\u2019.<\/p>\n

She says that when she met Andrew later that day, Maxwell told him to guess her age.<\/p>\n

The prince, who was then 41, \u2018guessed correctly\u2019 that she was 17, recalling how he said: \u2018My daughters are just a little younger than you.\u2019<\/p>\n

Later that night, Ms Giuffre claims she went to Tramp nightclub in London, with Andrew, Epstein and Maxwell, where the prince \u2018sweated profusely\u2019.<\/p>\n

Ms Giuffre wrote that on the way back to Maxwell\u2019s house afterwards, she was told: \u2018When we get home, you are to do for him what you do for Jeffrey.\u2019<\/p>\n

She claims they had sex back at the house, adding:\u00a0\u2018He was friendly enough, but still entitled \u2013 as if he believed having sex with me was his birthright.<\/p>\n

\u2018The next morning, it was clear that Maxwell had conferred with her royal chum because she told me: \u201cYou did well. The prince had fun.\u201d\u2018<\/p>\n

Ms Giuffre wrote that \u2018she didn\u2019t feel so great\u2019, adding:\u00a0\u2018Soon, Epstein would give me $15,000 for servicing the man the tabloids called \u2018Randy Andy\u2019 \u2013 a lot of money.\u2019<\/p>\n

She claims they had sex for a second time around a month later at Epstein\u2019s New York townhouse.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, the third occasion was on Epstein\u2019s \u2018paedo island\u2019 as part of what Ms Giuffre called an orgy with eight other women.<\/p>\n

Prince Andrew has not responded to the Daily Mail\u2019s request for comment.<\/p>\n

Ms Giuffre said in a sworn declaration in 2015 that she was \u2018around 18\u2019 at the time of the orgy.<\/p>\n

\u2018Epstein, Andy, and approximately eight other young girls and I had sex together,\u2019 she says. The other girls all appeared to be under the age of 18 and didn\u2019t really speak English.<\/p>\n

\u2018Epstein laughed about how they couldn\u2019t really communicate, saying they are the easiest girls to get along with.\u2019<\/p>\n

She claims she lost her baby days after having the orgy with Andrew.<\/p>\n

Ms Giuffre wrote:\u00a0\u2018On July 8, 2001, Epstein, a few others and I flew to Teterboro Airport, outside New York City.\u2019<\/p>\n

She says she later woke up in a \u2018pool of blood\u2019 and remembers Epstein taking her to hospital and whispering to a medic about her care.<\/p>\n

She wrote: \u2018I had a tiny incision near my belly button, which was consistent with a laparoscopic (keyhole) surgery for an ectopic pregnancy. But Epstein told me I\u2019d had a miscarriage, which is something altogether different. The one thing I remember clearly is that, at one point, a doctor told me I might never be able to have children.\u2019<\/p>\n

In the book, she adds: \u2018Epstein never wore a condom. Neither did the men he and Maxwell trafficked me to.\u2019<\/p>\n

There is no suggestion Andrew was the father of the unborn baby.<\/p>\n

\u00a0Ms Giuffre filed a lawsuit against the royal in August 2021, seeking unspecified damages for battery, including rape, and the infliction of emotional distress.<\/p>\n

She alleged that she was forced to have sex with Prince Andrew three times when she was just 17 years old under the orders of late paedophile Jeffrey Epstein.<\/p>\n

The case was settled out of court for a reported $12million, with $2million thought to have been donated to her sex-trafficking charity. Prince Andrew did not admit wrongdoing and has consistently and vehemently denied the claims.<\/p>\n

However, in her new book, Ms Giuffre exposes the details of the gagging order she was reportedly asked to sign by the prince.<\/p>\n

\u2018I agreed to a one-year gag order, which seemed important to the prince because it ensured that his mother\u2019s Platinum Jubilee would not be tarnished any more than it already had been,\u2019 she writes.<\/p>\n

The agreement meant that Ms Giuffre was barred from discussing her abuse at the hands of Epstein during the 70th year of the late Queen\u2019s reign.<\/p>\n

Andrew last week finally fell on his sword and announced he would no longer use his titles after speaking with his brother\u00a0King Charles<\/span>\u00a0amid increasing pressure over his ties to\u00a0Epstein<\/span>.<\/p>\n

There was a sense of relief at\u00a0Buckingham Palace<\/span>\u00a0as Andrew relinquished his remaining titles \u2013 including Duke of York and his membership of the Order of the Garter \u2013 but he will remain a prince as he is the son of the late\u00a0Queen Elizabeth II<\/span>.<\/p>\n

But Ms Giuffre\u2019s family have led growing calls for Andrew to have his \u2018prince\u2019 title removed after The Mail on Sunday published a fresh series of exclusives yesterday which raised further questions over his behaviour.<\/p>\n

This newspaper revealed how\u00a0Andrew told the\u00a0Met Police<\/span>\u00a0to dig up dirt on Ms Giuffre by handing over her confidential social security number and date of birth to his taxpayer-funded police protection officer. The Met is \u2018actively looking into the claims made\u2019.<\/p>\n

The MoS also revealed how Epstein introduced Andrew to a second woman who had been sexually abused by the paedophile financier for years and how he bankrolled\u00a0Sarah Ferguson<\/span>, Andrew\u2019s ex-wife, for 15 years.<\/p>\n

And royal experts have told the Daily Mail how the next few days could be \u2018toxic\u2019 for Andrew and risks overshadowing King Charles\u2019s royal engagements, including his state visit to the Vatican with Queen Camilla on Wednesday.<\/p>\n

Ahead of Ms Giuffre\u2019s memoir from beyond the grave being published on Tuesday, her ghost writer Amy Wallace will appear on Newsnight tonight. The constant stream of Andrew\u2019s name in the headlines is set to bring \u2018more days of pain ahead\u2019 for the Royal Family, a source told the BBC.<\/p>\n

A royal source told the BBC there are currently no plans for the removal of his prince title but added: \u2018The headlines are taking a lot of oxygen out of the royal room.\u2019<\/p>\n

The book is to be published on Tuesday, a day before Charles begins a state visit to the Holy See, during which he will become the first British monarch to pray at a public service with the Pope since the Reformation.<\/p>\n

Royal expert Richard Fitzwilliams told the Daily Mail: \u2018The problem the Royal Family has is that it cannot control events. The posthumous memoir, Nobody\u2019s Girl by poor Virginia Giuffre, who took her own life in April this year, will, according to early reports, be toxic for Andrew.\u2019<\/p>\n

He said \u2018only 1 per cent\u2019 of documents linked to Epstein have been made public, adding: \u2018This could therefore be an almost endless stream of embarrassment and it is clear that they could be highly incriminating both to Andrew and also to Sarah Ferguson as yesterday\u2019s MoS revealed.<\/p>\n

\u2018There will almost certainly be more public disgust at what is revealed.<\/p>\n

\u2018When William becomes King he is likely to pursue a tough policy and we may never see Andrew or Sarah in public again at a royal event.\u2019<\/p>\n

A report in The Sunday Times suggested that the Prince of Wales was \u2018not satisfied\u2019 with the decision concerning Andrew\u2019s titles.<\/p>\n

The newspaper suggested William intended to take a \u2018more ruthless\u2019 approach to his disgraced uncle, and would ban him from his future coronation.<\/p>\n

It is understood, however, that the King and William are in lockstep over how to deal with the former duke.<\/p>\n

Andrew, still a prince and living in the 30-bedroom Royal Lodge mansion, issued a statement in his own words on Friday in which he said he was giving up his Duke of York title and honours, to prevent distracting from the work of the monarch and the royal family.<\/p>\n

Ms Giuffre\u2019s brother, Sky Roberts, has urged the King to go further and strip Andrew of his right to be a prince.<\/p>\n

Charles is said to have acted, in consultation with William, Andrew and the royal family, on Friday, after it emerged Andrew had emailed Jeffrey Epstein in 2011 saying \u2018we\u2019re in this together\u2019, three months after he claimed he had broken all contact with him.<\/p>\n

Energy Secretary Ed Miliband told Sky News\u2019 Sunday Morning With Trevor Phillips the Government would be guided by the royal family on any formal action to remove Andrew\u2019s titles.<\/p>\n

He said: \u2018I think it\u2019s really important as a Government minister, that we allow the royal family to make decisions on these questions.\u2019<\/p>\n

He also described the claims that Andrew wanted his bodyguard to smear Ms Giuffre as \u2018deeply concerning allegations\u2019.<\/p>\n

In 2022, the then-Duke of York paid millions to accuser Ms Giuffre to settle a civil sexual assault case, despite claiming never to have met her.<\/p>\n

In the book, Ms Giuffre also described how Andrew\u2019s disastrous Newsnight interview was like an \u2018injection of jet fuel\u2019 for her legal team, and it raised the possibility of \u2018subpoenaing\u2019 his former wife Sarah, and daughters Beatrice and Eugenie, and drawing them into the legal case.<\/p>\n

Ms Giuffre said she got \u2018more out of\u2019 Andrew than a reported $12million pay-out and two million dollar donation to her charity, because she had \u2018an acknowledgement that I and many other women had been victimised and a tacit pledge to never deny it again\u2019.<\/p>\n

The prince\u2019s 2019 Newsnight interview, which he hoped would clear his name, backfired when he said he \u2018did not regret\u2019 his friendship with convicted paedophile Epstein, who trafficked Ms Giuffre.<\/p>\n

He was heavily criticised for failing to show sympathy with the sex offender\u2019s victims.<\/p>\n

Andrew also said he had \u2018no recollection\u2019 of ever meeting Ms Giuffre, and said he could not have had sex with her in March 2001 because he was at Pizza Express with Beatrice on the day in question.<\/p>\n

It comes as the Daily Mail revealed how King Charles threatened to have Andrew\u00a0officially stripped of his titles unless he \u2018saw sense\u2019.<\/p>\n

Charles made clear he would not hesitate to take decisive \u2018further action\u2019 if his brother refused to give up his dukedom and other honours after he lied about cutting ties with paedophile Jeffrey Epstein, it can be revealed.<\/p>\n

The Daily Mail understands that despite the growing tsunami of evidence against him, the former Duke of York was digging his heels in with a \u2018startling lack of contrition\u2019.<\/p>\n

It was a situation the King deemed \u2018intolerable\u2019, sources said.<\/p>\n

The only way for Charles to legally strip Andrew of his titles would have been to take it through Parliament, and he has never wished to take up its valuable time and resources in dealing with the matter.<\/p>\n

But last week he privately made clear to Andrew that a raft of options were open to him if he did not fall on his sword.<\/p>\n

Some have questioned whether the act of making Queen Elizabeth\u2019s second son simply set aside his titles is adequate in the circumstances.<\/p>\n

But sources say that to involve Parliament when it is dealing with huge domestic and economic challenges, not to mention major global security issues, could have been seen as a waste of resources and taken months \u2013 or even a year \u2013 to conclude.<\/p>\n

The fact courtiers were even willing to consider taking the matter out of his hands \u2013 whether through Parliament or by other means \u2013 is believed to have \u2018shocked\u2019 Andrew into finally taking action.<\/p>\n

A royal source said yesterday: \u2018The thought of him still continuing to use the titles and honours that had been conferred upon him for another day, month or year while other options were explored and enactioned was intolerable, for the sake of the wider family.
