Jelly Roll Has Not Been Shy About His Criminal Past<\/h2>\n

It\u2019s no secret that Jelly Roll has a criminal history. He has been incredibly open about the crimes he committed and serving time for those crimes. He has visited prisons over the last few years, speaking to and performing for inmates, and even getting his\u00a0hair cut by one who had just completed his barber certification.<\/p>\n

In fact, all of his work with the inmates likely inspired Nashville Sheriff Daron Hall to call on Tennessee Governor to pardon all of the singer\u2019s past crimes. In April 2025, the\u00a0Tennessee Board of Parole voted unanimously to endorse a full pardon for Jelly Roll. Now, his fate is in the hands of the governor.<\/p>\n
