Carrie Underwood\u00a0has always been outspoken about her religion. Being a Christian is part of who Underwood is, and her church is actually the first place she ever sang in front of other people.<\/p>\n

While Underwood is considered a country singer, she really leaned into her faith a few years ago and released a Christmas album,\u00a0My Gift<\/em>, in 2020 and a hymns-only album,\u00a0My Savior,\u00a0<\/em>two years later.<\/p>\n

Rolling Hills Community Church in Franklin, Tennessee was treated to a Carrie Underwood concert of sorts the same summer when the \u201cGood Girl\u201d singer went on stage to perform\u00a0\u201cGoodness of God\u201d\u00a0with the church band.<\/p>\n

She wasn\u2019t announced as a performer, so she completely surprised everyone in attendance.<\/p>\n

Underwood did this once again for the church\u2019s annual Christmas show, Sounds of Christmas, which took place on December 14, 2024<\/h3>\n
