Along the way, he met Bunnie, and\u00a0they married in 2016.<\/p>\n<p>Jelly Roll has always given Bunnie credit for helping him build his relationship with Bailee. Early in their relationship, she \u201c<em>bankrolled<\/em>\u201d everything to help him take care of his young daughter and get custody.<\/p>\n<p>He told the\u00a0<em>Bussin\u2019 with the Boys<\/em>\u00a0podcast:<\/p>\n<div class=\"code-block code-block-5\"><\/div>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u201c<em>She said, \u2018No matter what happens with us, I\u2019m gonna help you get this little girl.\u2019 And I was like, \u2018Man, what character.<\/em>\u2018\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Jelly and Bunnie have had full custody of Bailee for years and have raised her together. She surprised them with a prom-themed party, which lined up with Jelly Roll\u2019s 41st birthday on December 4th.<\/p>\n<div class=\"code-block code-block-6\"><\/div>\n<p>Bunnie shared a heart-warming video showcasing the effort Bailee put into the surprise party.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u201c<em>MY GIRl- I love you infinity. Thank you for making me a better human<\/em>,\u201d Bunnie captioned the video.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>As Bunnie explained in the text that played over the clip, she and Jelly have always encouraged Bailee to go to her school dances.\u00a0<strong>Jelly and Bunnie never went to theirs, and they want Bailee to have the experiences they didn\u2019t as teens.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>She shared how this year has been a \u201cheavy\u201d one for them. So Bailee wanted to do something special. Despite promising there would be no surprises for her dad\u2019s birthday, Bailee put something together anyway.<\/p>\n<p>That \u201csomething\u201d was a prom\/birthday party with some of Jelly Roll and Bunnie\u2019s closest friends. Bunnie said Bailee planned every detail herself, even going so far as to get sugar-free mocktails and a crown for her dog, Chachi.<\/p>\n<p>Jelly and Bunnie, who were dressed to the nines, were named the Queen and King of the evening, were given crowns, and shared a romantic dance.<\/p>\n<p>Bunnie said Bailee taught her a valuable lesson that night, \u201c<em>Time is the most precious thing we own. Spend it on your people.
