The chef, 59, proudly walked his daughter, 26, down the aisle as she tied the knot with\u00a0Adam Peaty<\/span>, 31, in a lavish ceremony at Bath Abbey on December 27.<\/p>\n

Gordon and Holly gave a glimpse into the moments before in a clip shared to Instagram on Friday.<\/p>\n

Greeting his daughter ahead of her ceremony, he broke down in tears after seeing her in her gown for the first time.<\/p>\n

Gordon\u00a0<\/span>has shared insight into the \u2018incredible\u2019 conversations he had with his daughter Holly as they made their way to her wedding last month.<\/p>\n

For all its pomp and splendour, the wedding \u2013 attended by the newly knighted Sir\u00a0David Beckham<\/span>\u00a0and his wife, Lady Victoria \u2013 was overshadowed by an ugly family dispute that led to the swimmer\u2019s own mother being barred from the service.<\/p>\n

And during the reception, Gordon even made reference to the feud with a dig at Adam\u2019s family during his speech, noting his daughter wouldn\u2019t have the \u2018same\u2019 support from her in-laws as the Olympian.<\/p>\n

Despite his comments, which are said to have left Adam\u2019s mother \u2018outraged and hurt\u2019, Gordon has brushed off the backlash by sharing a gallery of snaps from the big day on Instagram.<\/p>\n

Among the images was one of the chef laughing during his speech, while another showed him sat in the car with his daughter as they drove to the venue for the ceremony.<\/p>\n
