No Longer Joining Forces, The Brilliant Pair Ariana Grande And Kelly Clarkson Are Switching Gears… To A Showdown! This Time, These Two Stars Are Set To Dazzle Their Fans With A Spectacular Musical Duel, Performing A “Mixtape Medley” Packed With Timeless Classics From Icons Like Whitney Houston, Celine Dion, And Toni Braxton! Without A Doubt, This Is An Event You Can’t Afford To Miss-It Might Just Be The Musical Highlight Of The Year!

Ariana Grande and Kelly Clarkson became the ultimate karaoke queens thanks to an epic face-off inspired by Jimmy Fallon’s game show, That’s My Jam.

The Voice US stars made an appearance on The Tonight Show on Monday (29 November) alongside their fellow coaches John Legend and Blake Shelton, as they previewed challenges from the upcoming NBC musical variety show.

The superstars were tasked with belting out a medley of smash-hits by the likes of Whitney Houston, Celine Dion and Toni Braxton. However, they were challenged with singing along to the tracks without knowing which song was coming next.

Ariana Grande, 28, appeared nervous to take on Kelly Clarkson, 39, in the “Mixtape Medley” showdown as she kicked things off with an uncanny impression of Britney Spears for her rendition of “Oops!… I Did It Again”.

She also went on to show off a spot-on Cher impression while singing “Believe”, before she unleashed her inner Whitney Houston to the music icon’s hit track, “How Will I Know”.

The singer then brought the house down with her version of “It’s All Coming Back to Me Now” by Celine Dion.

Clarkson also brought her A-game as she took on Shania Twain’s “Any Man of Mine” and “You Oughta Know” by Alanis Morissette.

The American Idol winner then showed off her amazing vocal range with a powerful rendition of Houston’s “I Will Always Love You”.

Both singers ignored the competitive aspect of the game and supported each other throughout the fun challenge by providing backup vocals and harmonies during the segment.

Host Fallon watched on in delight and called their performances “unbelievable”, before reminding us all: “These guys can sing!”

Eventually, Clarkson and Legend were crowned as victors of the round but we’re all the real winners after getting to watch that.

Ariana Grande is currently taking part in her first season as a coach on the hit reality singing competition show.
